  材料特性 Material Characteristics

  800合金從高溫快冷后均處于奧氏體單項(xiàng)區(qū),因此,使用狀態(tài)為單一奧氏體組織。

  合金具有較高的鉻含量和足夠的鎳含量,所以有較高的耐高溫腐蝕性能,在工業(yè)中應(yīng)用較多。

  在氯化物、低濃度的NaOH水溶液中和高溫高壓水中,具有優(yōu)良的耐應(yīng)力腐蝕破裂性能,所以用于制造耐應(yīng)力腐蝕破裂的設(shè)備。

  1、加工硬化率大于奧氏體不銹鋼,因此需要對(duì)加工設(shè)備進(jìn)行挑選。冷加工材料應(yīng)為固溶熱處理態(tài),并且在冷加工量較大時(shí)應(yīng)進(jìn)行中間退火。

  2、若冷加工量大于10%,則需要對(duì)工件進(jìn)行二次固溶處理。

  The 800 alloy is in a single austenite region after rapid cooling from high temperature. Therefore, the use state is a single austenite structure.

  The alloy has a high chromium content and a sufficient nickel content, so it has high high temperature corrosion resistance, and is widely used in industry.

  It has excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance in chloride, low concentration NaOH aqueous solution and high temperature and high pressure water, so it is used to make equipment resistant to stress corrosion cracking.

  1. The work hardening rate is greater than austenitic stainless steel, so the processing equipment needs to be selected. Cold-worked materials should be in the solution heat-treated state, and intermediate annealing should be performed when the amount of cold-worked is large.

  2. If the cold working volume is greater than 10%, a second solution treatment is required for the workpiece.
